The Rodman Early Childhood Program is looking for a dynamic educator who values equity, social-emotional learning and provides access to inclusive learning experiences for all children. Qualified candidates will have demonstrated success in building and sustaining strong relationships with students and families and value on-going collaboration with colleagues.
Position Details
We are seeking a teacher for an inclusion classroom. This is permenant full time position for a classroom of 10-15 children ages 3-5 years. Children in our program have a variety of disbilities and have a diverse set of needs. Each classroom is integrated and also has community peers.

Qualified candidates will:
- Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to educational equity and instructional excellence
- Provide a safe, inclusive, and welcoming learning environment for all learners
- Create lesson plans, aligned with current state and district standards and IEP goals and objectives.
- Provide a developmenatll appropriate, high quality preschool setting
- Collaborate with colleagues and administration in analyzing data in order to positively impact student learning
- Engage in reflective practice in concert with your supervisor and content specialists aligned to the instructional focus of the school
- Communicate effectively with students, families, colleagues and administrators
- Possess a growth mindset
- Possess effective communication skills
Additional Requirements:
- MA Certification required (Early Childhood with/without Disabilities or Moderate Disabilities Prek-8)
- Prior experience preferred
- Masters degree preferred
