The Canton Public School District is looking for a dynamic Private Lesson Teacher who values equity, social-emotional learning and provides access to learning experiences for all students.  Qualified candidates will have demonstrated success in building and sustaining strong relationships with students and families.

 

Position Details

The position of Private Lesson Teacher is to instruct young musicians on their instrument. This can include technical skills, school repertoire, and student chosen repertoire.

Qualified candidates will:

• High School Diploma Required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Strong Musicianship Skills
• Experience teaching private lessons

$55/hr for private lessons, $70/hr for semiprivate lessons.
